Billing and refunds

• Currency: USD, paid by international credit or debit card such as Visa or Mastercard. Your card issuer may charge cross-border or currency conversion fees. The merchant name on your statement is shown at checkout.
• Price changes apply only to new orders and never reduce benefits you already bought.
• Delivery: benefits activate as soon as payment is confirmed. If you were charged but received nothing, do not pay again; contact support with your order number.
• Renewal: no paid item ever auto-renews or charges automatically. Buying again always requires your action.
• Refunds: duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or undelivered purchases are refundable; unused credits or pass benefits can be reviewed by support. If you question a charge, email support first. Once verified we refund to the original card, which is usually faster than a dispute with your card issuer. See the refund section of the Terms.
